Welcome to the Groupe FSD Whistleblowing Line
We are a family business whose success is built on our colleagues, our values, and our corporate strategy. We have earned the trust of our customers, business partners, and colleagues through transparency, integrity, and reliability – and we are committed to upholding this trust every day. Our Code of Conduct and Ethics applies to all colleagues within the Group and serves as our shared guide for responsible behavior.

“Our colleagues define our culture. Being part of Groupe FSD means being able to contribute ideas and take responsibility. If you have concerns, tell us your story. We will listen.”
Michel Henri Pinaire, President Groupe FSD

If you become aware of a possible violation of the Code or the law, or if you have other compliance concerns, we encourage you to speak up.

If you do not feel comfortable discussing your concern with your supervisor or another contact person, you can use our secure, external whistleblower system. It allows you to report serious concerns about specific wrongdoing within the company – either in your name or anonymously – without fear of retaliation. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated by the Chief Compliance Officer or a qualified subject matter expert.

At the end of the reporting process, a secure postbox will be created so the Compliance Team can contact you if more information is needed or to provide feedback. Please write down your access code and check the postbox regularly.

Thank you for helping us protect our values, strengthen our culture, and maintain the trust that is the foundation of our success.

How our whistleblower system helps protect your privacy

  • Your message will be stylometrically redacted to provide you with an even higher level of anonymity. We remove all punctuation and convert all words to lowercase.
  • All information is end-to-end encrypted, so your sensitive information remains safe.

What you can do to protect yourself

  • You are not on the corporate network (Internet/VPN).
  • You should not use a device (smartphone, computer, etc) that is provided by your employer.
  • You should not use the kinds of idioms or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or when writing emails.
